The "Magnum 4-link" was engineered to have an advantage in its ability to perform its duties as promised, First: The rear mounting points on BOTH sets of control arms are retained CLOSE to the centerline of rear axles. This is the place where torque is produced. This in turn shortens the lever of resistance against the differential housing trying to rotate pinion-up during acceleration. This in turn makes the torque-action of the control arms greater than if these mounting points were placed further away from the centerline of the rear axles. Doing this produces  more push-pull action out of the lower and upper control arms respectively. Due to the fact that the upper control arms are half the length of the lower control arms it actually places the lift point further back. By doing this, again shortens the lever of resistance against the rear suspension and actually "Lifts" the entire Vehicle Weight onto the Rear Axle allowing for Maximum Traction. Unequal Length control arms allows the "Diff Housing" to Pivot as "speed bumps" or other rough road conditions are encountered. This in turn provides better ride quality with a Splayed arm design securely locating the "Diff Housing" without the need for Diagonal Links. Also in the design are "Mountable forward mounting points" for the control arms allowing for the Adjustment of your Instant Center.
